Practical Nursing

13 months  961 Clock Hours Evenings/Weekends

Licensed practical nurses are nursing professionals who work under the direct supervision of doctors and registered nurses or RN's. While they do not have the training or credentials that are are required to administer anesthesia or perform surgery, LPNs are invaluable members of any healthcare team. They administer medicine and injections, and take vital signs. Starting your career as a LPN is a great way to become a registered nurse.

* The Practical Nursing Program has conditional approval from the VABON.*
